The Master Singers - Christine Emerson
Christine Emerson, soprano, is in her fifth season singing with the
Master Singers. Christine received a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Pacific Lutheran University and a Master’s degree in
Vocal Pedagogy from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She taught college singing at the University of Colorado and the Community College
in Denver and maintained a private studio for several years before entering seminary at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary. Now ordained clergy of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Christine currently serves as pastor to the people of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Strum, Wisconsin. She is married to baritone Jim Boulter.
