The Master Singers

The Master Singers - Kurt Lothe, tenor,

Kurt Lothe

Kurt Lothe, tenor, is excited to be singing with The Master Singers for his seventh year. He teaches fourth and fifth graders at the Chippewa Valley Montessori Charter School, all of whom enjoy singing and poking fun of "Mr. Kurt's" falsetto. He began singing with the Eau Claire Boys Choir in 1986 as a soprano and continues to sing 26 years later, although now as a tenor. Singing has always been a part of his life, whether it be high school show and concert choirs, or college choirs and smaller ensembles. His favorite places to sing include the St. Olaf Christmas Festival (Chapel Choir), around the campfire with friends, in the canoe with his dog, Calvin, tiled showers, and anywhere The Master Singers happen to be performing. He sincerely hopes you enjoy the performance!
