The Master Singers - Cathy Statz

Cathy Statz, soprano, is the education director of the Wisconsin Farmers Union (WFU), a grassroots rural advocacy organization in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. She coordinates cooperative education programs for Farmers Union members, their children and the general public, including youth camps at WFU Kamp Kenwood on Lake Wissota. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English (Education) and a Bachelor of Music degree in Voice Performance from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin. She joined The Master Singers in the fall of 2006. Cathy, her husband Tom Pamperin and their cat Ozymandias live in Chippewa Falls. She is a volunteer with Junior Achievement - Northwest Wisconsin District and serves on the boards of the Rotary Club of Chippewa Falls, the Chippewa Valley Community Chorus, the Kentron Foundation, and the Lawrence University Alumni Association.
